For customers purchasing ELECTRONIC CARDS:
- I don't see my bonus cards in my shopping cart?

This year, customers purchasing egift cards will not be able to see their bonus cards in their shopping cart. They will receive their bonus cards in a separate email or text 3-4 business days later. We are sorry for the delay. If you do not receive your bonus cards, please contact Susan Farris at susanf@bravobuzz.com. Online customers purchasing physical cards will be able to see their bonus cards in their shopping cart and they will be automatically included in their shipment.


For customers purchasing ELECTRONIC CARDS:
- I didn't get a chance to select my charity! What's up?

Our online customers purchasing electronic cards will not receive a chance during their purchase to make a charity selection. We are aware of this and will send you an email ballot in 3-4 business days to make your selection. If you do not receive your ballot please check your spam folder and then contact Susan Farris at susanf@bravobuzz.com. In-store customers and online customers purchasing physical cards will be able to select their charity when they complete check out. If you purchased your gift cards in-store but did not receive a ballot, please hold onto your purchase receipt and contact Susan Farris.
