- What are the 12 Days of Giving?

Every year in November we have our 12 Days of Giving Sale. This year our sale will start on Wednesday, November 11th, 2020, and runs through midnight on Tuesday, November 24th, 2020. You can Buy 3, Get 1 FREE of our 3-in-1 Gift Cards! This sale is unlimited so you can purchase as many as you like. The best part, we give 10% to charity. And you get to pick which one from among 12 amazing community-chosen organizations. The 12 Days of Giving sale allows us to donate over $10,000 in gift cards to local charities every year. 

 

(*Gift cards may not be used at Sal & Mookie's Madison in Madison, MS, at Sal & Mookie's Biloxi in Biloxi, MS, or for any restaurant catering orders. ) 


- Is there a limit to the number of Buy 3, Get 1 Free gift cards I can purchase during the 12 Days of Giving?


Nope! You can buy as many as you wish and we will bonus you one FREE gift card for every 3 gift cards you purchase. 

For customers purchasing ELECTRONIC CARDS:
- I don't see my bonus cards in my shopping cart?


This year, customers purchasing egift cards will not be able to see their bonus cards in their shopping cart. They will receive their bonus cards in a separate email or text 3-4 business days later. We are sorry for the delay. but hey, that's technology for you :-)  


Online customers purchasing physical cards will be able to see their bonus cards in their shopping cart and they will be automatically included in their shipment. If you do not receive your bonus cards, please contact Brandi Stodard at brandis@bravobuzz.com.​

For customers purchasing ELECTRONIC CARDS:
- I didn't get a chance to select my charity! What's up?


Our online customers purchasing electronic cards will not receive a chance during their purchase to make a charity selection. We are aware of this and will send you an email ballot in 3-4 business days to make your selection. If you do not receive your ballot please check your spam folder and then contact Brandi Stodard at brandis@bravobuzz.com. In-store customers and online customers purchasing physical cards will be able to select their charity when they complete check out. If you purchased your gift cards in-store but did not receive a ballot, please hold onto your purchase receipt and contact Brandi Stodard.
